What is Viivo?
Viivo is an online website publishing service aimed at people who want to create and manage their own website without the hassle of learning the complicated technical stuff. Best of all, Viivo is easy, intuitive, and web-based. You don't need to download, install, or configure anything. All you need is a modern web browser and an internet connection.
Who is Viivo for?
We think Viivo is ideal for freelancers, small businesses, organisations, clubs, portfolios, or any other professional wanting to get online ... the list is endless.
How much does Viivo cost?
Viivo comes in two flavors, Free and Professional. Check out the Pricing page for more information.
Can I try it before I to pay for it?
Absolutely. When signing up you start on our Viivo Free Plan so you can see how everything works and decide for yourself if Viivo is for you. The Viivo Free Plan includes limited features but if you decide to upgrade to the Viivo Professional Plan you'll be able to use all the features without restriction on your published website.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
Absolutely not. Our pricing is flexible and we offer simple month-by-month payments. If you decide to cancel your account, you'll still have access to your site through the current billing period but you won't be billed again.
Are there any setup fees of any kind?
Nope, absolutely not!
What if I want to change plans?
No problem - you can upgrade at any time. Just click the 'Upgrade Account' link within the control panel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major Credit Cards through our integrated payment system, PayPal.
What are the system requirements to use Viivo?
Since Viivo is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server requirements to worry about. No fuss, no hassle. All you need is a modern web browser* and an internet connection.
(* Internet Explorer 6 or later on the PC, Firefox on Mac and PC. Viivo does not support Safari on the Mac or Internet Explorer 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox.)
Does Viivo have banner ads?
No, all our Plans are 100% ad-free. We dislike cheap-shot advertising as much as you do!
Is my information private?
Absolutely! We take online security very seriously and that's why your data is 100% private and password-protected.
What languages is Viivo available in?
Currently the Viivo interface is only in English. Although we have no plans to extend this, if demand supports it, we will look at translating the Viivo interface into other languages.
